Emily is an experienced communications and engagement practitioner who is trusted to design, deliver and evaluate evidence-based programs that deliver value and improve social performance and policy across the infrastructure, energy, financial services and transport sectors.
With 14 years’ experience supporting high-profile regional and metropolitan projects for corporates, proponents and governments, she deeply understands community, industry and government expectations of leading practice engagement and communication.
Emily’s recent experience includes leading the development of the Queensland Government’s guide to support local governments as they navigate the complexities of major projects and deliver meaningful engagement with proponents and communities.
She has delivered engagement programs for renewable energy projects across regional Australia, designed social value initiatives for a variety of organisations, supported the creation of a regional engagement plan and conducted employee interviews for major banks, and refined messaging for a government regulator.
Emily has supported bid and delivery teams on large-scale infrastructure projects, including energy, Victoria’s $26 billion North East Link, the $10.2 billion West Gate Tunnel and Sydney’s $3 billion NorthConnex.
